A little library
The Jericho Town Library has been serving the community for over 118 years. Nestled on the village green in Jericho Center, the historic library offers a curated collection of over 7,800 items, free WiFi, public access computers, a seed lending library, "Library of Things," museum passes, children's circle time with live music, on-going programs, workshops, and community events!
JTL proudly works in collaboration with the Community Center, Jericho Conservation Commission, Jericho Playgroup, NOFA-VT, Eagle Scout Troop 627, Jericho Historical Society, Jericho Recreation Committee, Deborah Rawson Memorial Library, Our Community Cares, Chittenden Solid Waste District,
and local schools!
Now fully reopen!
We are excited to announce that as of 6/15 we are fully reopen, no appointments needed! Masks still required for unvaccinated folks (including kids); optional otherwise.
We will be suspending our curbside service going forward. We are happy that we were able to keep getting books into your hands throughout the past year, but now that we are essentially back to normal operations we are looking forward to seeing everyone in-person again.
Thanks so much for your patience and cooperation throughout the past year as we've worked towards this. We're back, baby!
